Prior to Smart Sifty, Az was Group Head of HR for a private equity fund and held senior HR and learning leadership roles across global hospitality and luxury brands, including COMO Hotels and Resorts, Maybourne, and Selfridges. His experience spans operational execution, talent transformation, and enterprise L&D across complex, international environments.
