He has led businesses end-to-end, from sales strategy and operations to board management, M&A, and leadership team development.

Ed served as CEO of CyGlass, an AI- and ML-driven cybersecurity company, leading it through a successful exit and management buyout. He is now Managing Partner at HiddenVariable and a strategic advisor to growth-stage technology companies, helping them leverage emerging technologies to accelerate scale, drive transformation, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
