Gary's background spans technology, go-to-market execution, and security-led enterprise sales. As Founder & Managing Director of Smart Sifty, he brings innovation alongside a problem-solving, builder's mindset grounded in real-world operational delivery, client engagement, and strong customer focus, shaping much of the platform's functionality.

Previously, Gary founded a not-for-profit connecting young people into employment and apprenticeships, combining workforce activation with practical skills and mindset development. He has held senior EMEA channel and sales roles in AI- and ML-driven cybersecurity, working with enterprise clients on compliance, risk, and threat monitoring, supported by earlier experience as an information security consultant.
